Service purpose
Tektiv helps you analyse tender documents against your own company evidence and prepare draft responses. It is a preparation tool. It does not submit bids on your behalf.
Your content
You are responsible for the documents you upload, including having the right to upload them and to have them processed by the service and its providers.
AI-generated analysis may contain errors
Requirement extraction, evidence matching, readiness scoring and generated drafts are produced with automated and AI-based processing and may be incomplete or incorrect.
Independent verification
You must independently verify tender requirements, deadlines, submission rules and all generated responses against the original tender documents before submitting anything to a buyer.
No guarantee
Tektiv does not guarantee eligibility, compliance, or that any tender will be awarded to you.
Commitments you approve
Where a draft proposes a commercial or operational commitment, you are responsible for reviewing, amending and approving it before it is used in a submission.
Prohibited misuse
You may not use Tektiv to upload content you are not permitted to share, to misrepresent your organisation's credentials, to attempt to access other organisations' data, or to interfere with the operation or security of the service.
Availability
The service is at an early stage. Features, limits and availability may change, and access may be interrupted or discontinued.
