Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account and use the service, and the documents you choose to upload.
Account information
This includes your email address, authentication identifiers, your organisation name, and basic records of your activity in the product (for example, when an analysis was requested).
Uploaded tender and company documents
Tender documents and company evidence you upload are stored in private storage and are accessible only to members of your organisation through authenticated, time-limited links. Text extracted from these documents is used to produce the analysis and draft responses you request.
How information is used
We use your information to operate and secure the service: to authenticate you, to run the tender analysis, evidence matching and drafting features you request, and to maintain your organisation's records within the product.
Service providers
Tektiv relies on third-party service providers to operate, including cloud hosting, database and storage providers, and a third-party AI provider. Text from your uploaded documents is sent to that AI provider in order to generate the analysis and drafts you request. Providers process this data on our behalf to deliver the service.
Data security
Documents are stored in private storage buckets, access is restricted to authenticated members of the owning organisation, and organisation-level access rules are enforced at the database layer. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Retention and deletion
You can delete company evidence documents and tenders from within the product; deleting a tender also removes its uploaded tender files and related analysis records. Specific retention periods and backup schedules: [Operator details to be added before commercial launch]
User rights
